Rollbot is a robot on wheels. It is very expensive to develop a robot that walks, hence Honda and Boston Dynamics bi-pedal and four-legged robots that cost $1 million or more. When SoftBank released its 'Pepper' robot, the CEO said they put it on wheels because 85% of the battery would have gone to the walking, leaving little battery for other functions.
