Now that Fall is officially in full swing, bring out the Turkey Day Crafts! Thanksgiving is right around the corner on November 23rd! Don't miss out on these fun and easy Thanksgiving Day crafts!

Fall Leaves Turkey Craft

Materials Needed: Kwik Stix, fall leaves, mix media paper, and glue gun sticks
  1. Paint your leaves with Kwik Stix
  2. Transfer onto paper
  3. Repeat steps 1 and 2 until you have a bunch of feathers for your turkey
  4. Glue onto sheet of paper
  5. Use unpainted leaves to form the turkeys body
  6. Add googly eyes and feet to your turkey

Materials Needed: Magic Stix, Fall Clothespins, and cardboard
  1. Color your fall clothespins with Magic Stix
  2. Place your clothespins on cardboard or around the house for decorations

Scarecrow

  1. Print out an outline of a scarecrow
  2. Color with Wonder Stix
  3. Cut out each piece
  4. Place in your bin with fall accents

Cotton Round Turkey

Materials Needed: cotton rounds, Wonder Stix, hot glue gun, cardboard, and color/water mixture
  1. Draw your turkey onto the cardboard by using Wonder Stix
  2. Fold cotton rounds and glue onto cardboard
  3. Combine water and food coloring to make your desired colors
  4. Squirt onto cotton rounds to color your feathers

  2. Glue string onto the border of the shape

  4. Glue on the pumpkin seeds

  4. Glue on beak and eyes

Turkey Wreath

Materials Needed: paper plates, googly eyes, Kwik Stix, feathers, foam shape stickers, glue, scissors, and ribbon

  1. Cut the inside of the paper plate out
  2. Paint the outside 
  3. Paint the circle that was cut out
  4. Glue onto the outside of the paper plate
  5. Glue on googly eyes, and use foam shape stickers to make the mouth
  6. Glue on feathers to the outside of the paper plate
  7. Tie a ribbon through to hang up as a decoration

Materials Needed: watercolor paper, paper plates, glue, marker, Kwik Stix, and chunky yarn

  1. Cut the center out of two paper plates
  2. Glue the two outsides together
  3. Use water color paper to trace and cut out leaves
  4. Paint the leaves with Kwik Stix
  5. Write what you are thankful for on the leaves
  6. Glue to paper plates
  7. Tie a piece of chunky yarn to hang up for display!

  1. Start by painting the turkey with Kwik Stix
  2. Cut out with scissors
