Thousands of counterfeit Clickeez uncovered following months-long investigation

Goliath has taken enforcement action against counterfeit Clickeez products following a months-long investigation by its brand protection team.

The investigation traced counterfeit products back to its production site, where local authorities found workers packaging thousands of counterfeit Clickeez keycaps in fake packaging. Infringing products and packaging were seized, the associated online listing was removed, and further enforcement action is being pursued.

"Creating our toys and games takes creativity, time and significant investment, from the first idea through development, safety testing and bringing it to market. Counterfeiters simply copy that work, bypass those investments and profit from someone else's creativity," said Brian Weiss, President North America & Global Toys at Goliath. "We have zero tolerance for that. We will aggressively pursue counterfeiters, trace them back to the source and use every legal avenue available to stop them."

Goliath actively monitors counterfeit activity around the world and continues to work with authorities and partners to identify manufacturers, distributors and sellers of counterfeit products.
