Inventor Tips and Tools
I’m looking forward to meeting other People of Play in person at this year’s POP Week. That said, online conferences sure are convenient. I’m attending at least two this month, specifically for women entrepreneurs.
One of them, the USPTO’s 3-part Women’s Entrepreneurship Symposium starts tomorrow, March 2, from 2:00 to 3:35 p.m. EST. Tomorrow’s session is called Educate and Innovate, about how policymakers can support STEM and invention education; and the importance of developing pathways to innovation for girls.
Part two, on March 16, is called Trends and Opportunities. Part three, on March 30, is called From Inspiration to Commercialization. Learn more about the symposium, and register at https://www.uspto.gov/about-us/events/womens-entrepreneurship-symposium
The SBA Office of Women’s Business Ownership and the NASDAQ Entrepreneurial Center presents the 2022 Women’s Business Summit on March 29 and 30 from 11:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CDT
Topics include innovation and investment, and exporting and e-commerce.
International Women’s Day, with its own complement of events, is March 8. Find them at https://www.internationalwomensday.com/Events
Am I missing any other must-attend events?
