New from Spin Master is Kinetic Sand Splash! We all know and love Kinetic Sand, and this newest iteration is perfect for the upcoming warm weather (outdoor play!). Kinetic Sand Splash is Kinetic Sand that’s made specifically to be played with in water. With a color changing feature and a texture changing feature, introducing water adds so many new aspects of play to this classic toy.

Put the Kinetic Sand in cold water and the sand is white and moldable, but change it to warm water and it turns blue and stretchable. You don’t have to worry about where to play, either, as the carrying case is not only good for taking this toy on the go, but it’s also part of play. The case is sectioned off into two parts, so you can have cold water on one side and warm water on the other for side-by-side comparisons and transformations.

The set comes with some Kinetic Sand, the carrying case, and three adorable molds to making shapes and characters in the sand. This item is perfect for Easter baskets and outdoor play as the weather gets warmer. It’s important to note, though, that Kinetic Sand Splash and regular Kinetic Sand are not to be mixed—the Kinetic Sand Splash is specially formulated to be water-activated, unlike regular Kinetic Sand.
