The Role - Qualifications
10+ years of hands-on experience in paid social media strategy, planning, and execution at a recognized digital media agency/internal paid media department (client side)
Proven ability to personally build and launch paid social media campaigns from start to finish on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads Manager
Strong technical expertise in Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager – must be comfortable working in the platforms daily
Meta Social Media Marketing Professional Certification (strongly preferred)
Strong experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, budget pacing, and campaign optimization
Data-driven mindset with strong quantitative analysis and campaign reporting skills
Experience across multiple campaign objectives: awareness, traffic, lead generation, conversions, and e-commerce
Strong understanding of Saved Audiences, Custom Audiences, Lookalike Audiences, and Dynamic Ads
Leadership skills with the ability to train junior employees on back-end management of paid social programs
Key Responsibilities
Join us as the Senior Manager of Paid Social Media, where you'll be at the helm of crafting, executing, and managing dynamic strategies, plans, and buys for our portfolio of consumer-facing clients
Personally build, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok
Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize creative, targeting, and placements
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and bid strategies across objectives
Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad formats, and industry best practices
Train and mentor junior team members on best practices in ad buying and optimization
Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives tailored to social media algorithm
