As our International Associate Project Manager, you will be at the heart of our international operations, orchestrating key initiatives across sales and marketing while ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external partners. Acting as a strategic connector, you will work closely with Creative Operations, Production, Marketing, and global vendors to bring impactful projects to life.



Product Launch

Accompany and track the International team’s product launch process, from concept to market release, ensuring the timely delivery of product & marketing presentations, marketing Assets, Mockups and product samples - coordinating timelines and deliverables across cross functional teams.
Organize, update and distribute these assets across internal and external platforms (Digital Asset Management).
Develop and execute marketing and merchandising solutions, partnering with internal teams, customers and external vendors.
Project manage trade and consumer events, product demonstrations and marketing activations, partnering with internal teams, customers and external vendor


Marketing Operations

Ensure all marketing assets are requested, processed and delivered on schedule, aligning with the overall marketing strategy and campaign requirements
Support Sales Managers by managing Sales & Marketing project plans for selected customers, tracking sales performance, discounts/rebates, selling and marketing expenses to budget.
Support the sales team by coordinating updates to Amazon and other retailer Product Detail Pages inclusive of content, imagery and video - optimizing product placement.
Compliance & Brand Protection: project manage creation and maintenance of compliance documentation to customers. Monitor and report counterfeit sellers on (Amazon) market places.
