This is a hybrid role and will be onsite Tuesday - Thursday and can be based in our office in Renton, WA or Boston, MA.

What you will do as a Director Belonging and Engagement:

Report to the VP Learning and Engagement with focus on strategic planning and execution of global inclusion, belonging and engagement strategy, experiences, programs. Define, deliver, and measure enterprise-wide, inclusion and belonging priorities, ensuring consistent execution, measurable outcomes, and sustained cultural impact across the organization that foster trust, belonging and high engagement.

Engagement & Belonging Strategy and Execution

Design and execute global engagement, inclusion and belonging strategy that strengthen employee connection, purpose, and commitment across regions, functions, and career stages.
Lead and develop a team of subject matter experts in engagement, inclusion and belonging, providing strategic direction, coaching and prioritization.
Translate employee listening insights (e.g., engagement surveys, focus groups, ERG feedback, and qualitative data) into clear priorities and action plans that drive Hasbro’s Playing to Win Strategy.
Leverage workforce and external data and insights to continuously refine and elevate the global inclusion, belonging and engagement strategy.
Partner with Learning and Development and Talent Management to build inclusive leadership learning and development experiences that drive inclusive thinking at all stages of the employee life cycle starting with college interns and early in careers talent.
Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to build diverse talent pipelines to attract and retain varied perspectives.
Lead the Global Employee Resource Group (ERG) strategy to elevate and recognize the power of our ERG’s to drive and build Hasbro’s culture. Support retention, recognition and development for ERG champions.
Create and moderate safe spaces for honest and practical dialogue around inclusion and belonging.
Serve as senior advisor on culture and belonging.
Identify and build external community relationships in the communities where Hasbro employees live and work.
Partner with the Philanthropy team to align key social impact partners and programs across our Inclusion, Belonging and Engagement priorities.

What you'll bring:

8+ years of progressive leadership experience and proven operational execution in inclusion and belonging
A bachelor’s degree, with a preferred focus in business, HR, or related fields, or proven experience.
An established reputation as a trusted inclusion and belonging “practitioner”, influencing with finesse, business insight, and brand stewardship to drive culture.
Proven experience delivering enterprise engagement and belonging outcomes through structured priorities, cross-functional execution, and data-informed decision making.
A team-oriented and collaborative mind-set with a passion for action and impact.
Proficient in consultative, mediation, and facilitation skills, able to adapt to the diverse needs of customers and build trust with all parties.
Ability to handle complex inclusion and belonging issues with discretion, confidentiality, self-awareness, and good judgment to assist successful conflict resolution across all levels of the organization.
Empathy and active listening skills. Work collaboratively, gather alternative perspectives and show compassion and understanding of different needs, fostering interdependency to achieve deliverables.
Strategic, data minded capabilities to quickly interpret & communicate key insights from diversity metrics, research & reporting - with business, financial and legal acuity.
Constantly curious about innovative market trends, industry news, and methodologies critical to inform strategy and improve impact.

The base salary range for this position is $174,100.00 to $261,100.00. The hiring range will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, location and market conditions. Additionally, employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of their overall compensation package.
