The Consumer Products Manager position will work alongside the VP of Consumer Products to assist in the development & implementation of franchise programs across our portfolio of world class partners and Brand & Marketing teams, while helping drive revenue with partners to meet goals, expectations and build brand awareness.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Support on-boarding process of all new licensees in collaboration with brand team
Manage licensees to maximize business while following brand guidelines and processes, within contractual limits
Own the business side of licensee’s line strategy, gain internal approval where needed, raise red flags
Manage business calls with assigned partners weekly
Review licensees marketing plans and initiatives - drive the internal sign-off with the Brand & Marketing teams
Liaison between partners and brand to ensure product approvals are running smoothly and support partners requests + needs.
In collaboration with VP provide regular brand updates to all licensees and category buyers as needed
Support VP to manage Quarterly & Year-end Business Reviews
Responsible for creating and updating all licensing tools & collateral
Partner with the Brand & Retail teams to identify and create account specific pitch decks for cross category opportunities.
Work with Retail team and partners to Identify Incremental cross-category product placement and brand exposure opportunities across all retail channels.
Drive CONNECTIVE TISSUE and Inter-departmental collaboration - sales, brand, new business etc.
Cultivate and foster strong working relationships with partners, brand, retail, marketing teams to drive program execution
Proven presentation skills with ability to drive appropriate influence and results with key stakeholders.
Travel as needed to industry events & partner offices
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
