Role Description

This is a full-time head office role for an Inside Sales Manager, based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, with flexibility for some remote work. The Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for leading a team of inside sales representatives, driving sales growth, and achieving defined targets. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, and providing regular sales performance reports. The role also involves coordinating with external sales teams and cross-functional departments to ensure consistent customer satisfaction and execution of company goals.



Qualifications

Demonstrated skills in Sales Management, Account Management, and Lead Generation
Strong command of Relationship Building, Negotiation, and Customer Service principles
Proficiency in using CRM software and data-driven decision-making tools
Organizational, Time Management, and Leadership skills
Proactive problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills
Experience in the Toys & Games, wholesale distribution, or a related industry is an asset
Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, with a balance of in-office and remote collaboration
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
