Exploding Kittens is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Production & Logistics Team. In this role you will be responsible for tracking schedules, organizing resources, and updating spec documents. You will support our Production Managers by keeping data organized, accurate and up to date. Our ideal candidate has experience working in production, and thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:
Perform data entry work by tracking, updating, researching, and retrieving data through project management software and Google Sheets
Track and maintain production calendars and checklists, take notes during meetings and assisting Production Managers with the prioritization of competing projects
Route files from the manufacturer to internal teams to obtain final approval before printing
Review product mock-ups and print proofs to prevent errors in mass printing
Organize and upload materials from manufacturers and internal teams to the appropriate digital folders
Liaison with Project Managers, Logistics and Sales teams to ensure project specs are accurate, updated, and accessible for all parties and stakeholders
Assist with daily tasks of the department, as needed
WHAT WE NEED:
Bachelor’s degree preferred, and a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Production or a related field
Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel required; experience using Gantt charts and Project Management software preferred
Extremely organized and a passion for process improvement and creating efficiencies
Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and oral communication skills, and outstanding interpersonal skills
Meticulous and detail-oriented with an extreme attention to numbers and record keeping
A flexible, problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new systems and processes
