ASTRA, is the "Guiding Star of the Specialty Play Industry" and we are seeking a senior level marketing professional able to execute brand building needs across multiple communications platforms.
Responsibilities include planning and executing marketing materials, tracking and analyzing the performance of advertising and promotional campaigns, managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing materials are in line with our brand identity.
This position is home-based, reporting directly to the President of ASTRA. The individual will work in collaboration with the internal operating team and outside services to plan marketing strategies in line with the strategic goals as set by the Board of Directors.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This position is the Senior leader of our Marketing team, reporting to the President. It is a hands-on role, working with internal staff and external partners. Responsibilities include:
Strategic. Developing marketing programs in line with Strategic goals and translating these into executable plans for brand building and organizational growth
Implement. Executing programs across all marketing touchpoints: social media, advertising vehicles, email, press relations, website, events, influencer marketing, point-of-purchase
Creative. Managing the delivery of creative assignments and reviewing reports activities of outside marketing partners to ensure timely and on-strategy execution, leading daily and weekly marketing and creative reviews.
Management. Reporting on marketing program development, launches, budgeting, KPI’s, opportunities & risks.
PR.
